I have had over 10 years experience working with e-commerce products and Evolution is by far the most adaptable and sophisticated. We are currently changing pretty much everything on the site to make it as original as possible and only Evolution allows us to do this.
The admin screen is a thing of beauty along with the customer facing options such as "My Printers" or the ability to link to social networking. When creating and administering an online ordering site the one thing that has made my life hell in the past is waiting for sites to update, with Evolution however its instant - No more overnight updates!
Of course all of this would not be possible without the backup of a strong (patient!) technical team and without Patrick, Billy, Graham & Jon I would not have been able to do what I wanted with the site.

Hi Phil,
Just wanted to drop a line to say how helpful Graham was yesterday, his in-depth knowledge of Evolution was evident from the outset. From early morning he was providing answers to question's which we thought was going to take a lot longer in terms time, not to mention our stress levels.
The way he conducted his training allowed both Paul and me to take most aspects of Evolution on board very easily, obviously he must have been doing this for a long time.
Over the years we have had lots of training with IT solutions. Most times the people providing the training are desperate to get off home as soon as they can, I touched on this with you previously and your reply was "that’s not how we work" Last night at 5.15pm Graham was still here, and considering it was snowing heavily and he had a 3 or 4 hour drive home, this clearly confirmed Evolution's outstanding attitude towards their customers'.

Good afternoon guys
I just thought I should drop you an e mail to say “WELL DONE”. The original version of the website we bought was very good, but this recent upgrade is fantastic. The pages load even quicker than before, the special offers page looks far cleaner and crisper. Some of my customers have commented on how much easier the user interface for account customers is to navigate and look around.
From the point of view of administering all this, the new “evolution” backend system is absolutely marvelous, meaning loading contracts, price lists and discounts, adding new customers or maintaining customer records, has never been so easy.
Please give everyone at evolution software a huge pat on the back for a job well done.
